Premium detergent is used for every order, with a fragrance-free option available for sensitive skin. If you have a preference or allergy, simply include it in your order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Choose “My neighborhood is not listed” on the order form and tell us your neighborhood and ZIP code. We will use those requests to decide where to expand next.
Not at this time. Thread & Oak currently focuses on everyday wash-and-fold laundry only. Please do not include dry-clean-only, delicate, hang-dry, or irreplaceable items in your laundry bag.
